These terms apply to all orders placed on www.afrovibesltd.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is run by Afro Vibes LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Alcohol licence and age

We are licensed to sell alcohol in the UK.

  • You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.
  • It is an offence for anyone under 18 to buy alcohol, or for an adult to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
  • We operate Challenge 25. We may ask for proof of age before dispatch or on delivery. If we cannot confirm that the person receiving the order is 18 or over, we will not hand it over.
  • If we refuse delivery for this reason, we will refund the order minus the delivery charge.

3. Your order

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance.
  • Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify your age or address. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Products

  • We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Packaging and labels may change from time to time.
  • Ingredients, allergens and alcohol strength are shown on each product page. Always check the label on the product you receive.
  • Handmade items, such as fans and fabric products, may vary slightly in pattern, colour and size.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If we find a price error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping policy. We deliver to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. For health and hygiene reasons, opened drinks cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Our Refund policy explains what we will do. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Wholesale customers

Business customers buying through a wholesale account are also covered by our Wholesale guidelines. The consumer cancellation rights in these terms do not apply to business purchases.

10. Responsible drinking

11. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure.
  • We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are a consumer.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Website use

  • All content on this website, including text, photographs and logos, belongs to Afro Vibes LTD or is used with permission. You may not copy it without our consent.
  • Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this page when you placed it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it.
